In de Shuttle waren dekens aanwezig en een bijzonder prettige gids/chauffeur. Wij hebben genoten van de wijze waarop de wetenswaardigheden van Delft ons kenbaar gemaakt werden. Ook de prijs(2 x 5 euro) is zeer wel besteed. Keurig aan het einde van de stadstour, op ons verzoek, op de markt afgezet.Geplaatst op TripadvisorGeverifieerd DO NOT GIVE DRIVER CASH!!! After visiting the Royal Delft factory it was raining so we decided to take this shuttle back to the town center. When one of the shuttles dropped off some passengers coming in from the center we approached the driver and asked how much a ride was. He said 5 euro per person and didn’t mention purchasing a hop on/off ticket or that he couldn’t accept cash as is stated on their website. (So did he just pocket the cash?). He took our 10 euro for a one way trip to town. We only learned afterwards that we could have purchased an all day ticket for that same cost. An Uber would have cost less than riding in this cold and rickety vehicle. I do not recommend this service.Geplaatst op TripadvisorGeverifieerd Faster to walk! Avoid if you can. Terrible customer service! Paid 10 Euros for husband and I to be dropped off at the Delft factory. When we were ready to leave, the shuttle was nowhere to be found. After waiting 20 mins, we asked inside how often the shuttle comes. The lady at Delft told us we had to have them call for the shuttle to return. Again, would have been nice had the driver mentioned that when dropping us off. He finally arrived about 5 mins later and then asked us to wait 5 more minutes while he called his wife. I mentioned we had already been waiting for over 20 minutes and he stormed off in a huff. Definitely would have been faster to walk in retrospect. Was stuck about 25 mins from the station and after a long day, really didn’t feel like walking all the way. The shuttle shows up and for 5 € it saved the day. I’m short and wide but surprisingly got in and out much easier than the tall and skinny people ahead of me and was at the station less than 7 mins later. Worth every penny and a true lifesaver when I couldn’t get an UberGeplaatst op TripadvisorGeverifieerd Divertente! Tuk tuk che ti permette di girare il centro di Delft in modo molto divertente. Lo abbiamo preso al Camping Delftse Hout, dove e' possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente la propria auto (essendoci tanti parcheggi pubblici liberi e gratis). Costa 5 euro a persona (da 12 anni in su) il giornaliero. Non e' molto chiaro come chiamarlo, noi per l'andata lo abbiamo fatto chiamare telefonicamente dala reception al Camping Delftse Hout. Per il ritorno, lo abbiamo preso al volo dalla piazza del centro citta' Markt. Non ci sono rotte o orari ben definiti, migliorando magari questo aspetto, diventerebbe ancora piu' interessante. Al ritorno, abbiamo chiesto al driver di farci fare un giro per le principali attrazioni ed e' stato molto disponibile e ci ha fatto fare un bel tour guidato, spiegandoci tutte le attrazioni principali sempre a bordo di questo tuk tuk.Geplaatst op TripadvisorGeverifieerd Une honte. Un chauffeur nous dit d'attendre 10min car il a une commande de clients à leur hôtel. 10min plus tard, ces fameux clients veulent faire le tour entier et donc encore en attente 😤. A l'office du tourisme elle appelle le service pr nous en nous certifiant qu'ils arrivent 15min plus tard. 15min plus tard un chauffeur ns dit ds 10min. Au total 45min dttante le chauffeur du début revient et ns dit qu'il ne peut finalement pas nous prendre car il a un autre groupe de client. On s'est fait rembourser. 1h d'attente pr rien. Aucune excuse du chauffeur🤬. La honte💩Geplaatst op TripadvisorGeverifieerd geen hop on/hop off We verbleven in het WestCord hotel dat tickets voor deze dienst verkoopt. Je krijgt de indruk dat het een hop on/hop off dienst is die volgens een bepaalde route rijdt. Dat was nu zeker niet het geval. Het zijn tuk-tuks waar 6 mensen in passen maar dan dicht op elkaar zitten. Ons hotel had gebeld om te vragen of twee tuk-tuks konden komen. Na 15 minuten kwam er één. Voor ons was een gezelschap met 4 mensen die al hadden plaatsgenomen in deze tuk-tuks toen de chauffeur ons zei: jullie kunnen er nog bij. Omdat van dat gezelschap niemand een mondkapje droeg dit geweigerd. In de tuk-tuk die uiteindelijk kwam hebben ook wij geen mondkapje gedragen. Bij aankomst op de Markt in Delft zei de chauffeur: jullie moeten eigenlijk een mondkapje dragen en dat kunnen jullie in die winkel kopen. Gelukkig stonden er toen we terug wilden enkele tuk-tuks op de Markt, maar ik heb het idee dat er meer sprake is van een soort taxidienst dan van hop on/hop off.Geplaatst op TripadvisorGeverifieerd Handy service For a very reasonable €5 per head an electric tuk tuk can drop you at a range of sites. Difficult for somebody with bad knees to get into but out came a little step and a helping hand. Brought tickets at tourist information centre and as there wasn’t a shuttle in the square they phoned to see how far away somebody was. We were asked where we wanted to go and so headed off to Royal Delft, it was fairly rough as we were speeding over cobblestones but the 4 of us had fun. There was a shuttle waiting when we had finished and once again we were asked where we wanted to go. A handy service at an incredible price.Geplaatst op TripadvisorGeverifieerd First class service For €5 per person you can hop on and hop off this little electric tuk tuk for the day. We found one straight away the other side of the New Church from the toirist information centre and he took us to the Royal Delft factory. After we finished there we found one waiting and went back to the market square but you could do any of the stops. This is set up to help people with mental health problems and is fantastic!
